Organize your photo library

Group photos by listing or property address before uploading. Lumistate supports bulk uploads — drag an entire folder or select multiple files at once. Photos are automatically grouped into listings based on upload batches.

Name your files with the property address prefix (e.g., '123-Main-St-exterior.jpg') for easy organization later.

Select and tag photos

Use the select-all checkbox to choose an entire batch, or hold Shift to select a range. Tag photos by room type if you want specific processing per room — exteriors get sky replacement, interiors get HDR enhancement.

Lumistate auto-detects room types with 94% accuracy, but you can override any mislabeled photos with a single click.

Apply a batch preset

Choose a preset that will apply uniformly across all selected photos. For mixed batches, use 'Auto-Optimize' which adapts processing per room type while maintaining a consistent color palette across the listing.

Create a custom preset with your brokerage's brand preferences and set it as default — every listing gets the same treatment automatically.

Monitor processing progress

The processing pipeline shows real-time status for each photo: queued, processing, complete, or needs review. Photos that need attention (over-exposed, blurry source, unusual angles) get flagged automatically.

Processing runs in parallel — a 50-photo listing typically completes in under 3 minutes.

Export everything

Download all processed listings as organized ZIP files, one per property. Each ZIP contains MLS-ready images with proper naming and metadata. You can also push directly to your MLS integration if connected.
